Warranties

ALL warranties are investigated on a case by case basis. The warranty team at Abraci PTY LTD will determine if the goods are in fact faulty.

ALL goods are to be inspected PRIOR to Installation. Any goods found to be installed, and later found to be damaged, will be the responsibility of the installer.

ANY goods found to be installed incorrectly and therefor not working as intended, will be the responsibility of the installer.

Any products damaged due to INCORRECT installation will void any warranty.

Polyurethane and Laminate Vanities are Water RESISTANT. This means it is able to resist the penetration of water to some degree, but not entirely. Warranty claims dues to EXCESSIVE water will be void.

PVC cabinets are WATER PROOF. These will stand up to all elements

Vanities

High Gloss Polyurethane (MDF) – 1 year on cabinet, 1 year hardware, 1 year labour
PVC Vanities – 5 years on cabinet, 1 year hardware, 1 year labour
Laminate Vanities – 1 year on Cabinet, 1 year hardware, 1 year labour

Basins

Above Counter – 5 year replacement
Under Counter – 5 year replacement
Stone – 5 years replacement

Shaving Cabinets

Polyurethane (MDF) – 1 year on cabinet, 1 year Labour
PVC – 5 years on cabinet, 1 year Labour
Laminate – 1 year on Cabinet, 1 year Labour

Mirrors

1 year replacement warranty

Toilets

5 years on Ceramic
1 years on inlet valve, outlet valve and buttons.
1 year on Seat
1 year Labour

Baths

1 year replacement

Mixers, Taps and Showers

5 years on cartridge
1 year Labour

Accessories

1 year replacement

Sinks and Laundry Tubs
